Since many of you don’t know where FINAO came from I thought I would share the video with you. It is as appropriate now as it was then. The Movie came out in 1995 when I started this business and FINAO became my mission statement.

Note the use of the 3 W’s of communication that I teach in my management material come to life.

The 3 W’s are:

• What is the Issue?
• What are our options?
• What is your idea for a Solution?
